This is like the easiest and yummiest holiday treat! Seriously - if you have 30 minutes, make some for your neighbors! They will love you for it. Top a ziplock bag with a cute homemade bag topper (seriously easy) and VOILA - you have a sweet homemade gift. The rice crispies cereal make it just perfectly crunchy and not too overwhelmingly sweet like some "barks" tend to be.
